WILDLIFE ON KIAWAH ISLAND

BOBCAT GPS RESEARCH PROJECT DATA

The Town of Kiawah Island, in partnership with the Kiawah Conservancy, initiated a Bobcat GPS study in 2007.  Over the last 5 years, more than 30,000 individual locations of bobcats have been collected from 37 different bobcats.  This page provides links to view the complete location data for all of our 2009 and 2010 bobcats.  In addition, you can also view data from our 2011 and 2012 bobcats.
